It's not likely thay all are bad at once...

Have you checked the filler neck and fasteners to make sure they aren't leaking? You may need a smoke test the evap system if you can't find the leak. What codes are you getting in what order?

That is odd... Check the resistance across them per the BGB and see if they are in the proper ohm range.
You can get new ones for a good price on McGeorge toyota site.
Did you use a new, OEM gas cap? No after market stuff from Autozone or such?

Those codes in my BGB show the solonoids could be the culprit. It also lists the charcoal cannister, bad fuel tank or bad hoses as a potential problems that could throw those codes. Usually a 0441 also pops up.

Update on my situation, my test leads were bad..once I got good test leads hooked up 12v to the solenoids they all clicked and functioned properly.

So now I replaced the gas cap, check valve, check valve gasket, tested the solenoids and inspected the vent lines. Just have to clear out the codes and see if they come back.
