Check your precats.
If they're both there, remove them.
If only one is present, start saving for a new engine.

The dipstick is notoriously poor and hard to read. If you did not get an oil warning light chances are you will be fine.

You need to find out how much oil the 1ZZ is using. One qt of oil per 1,000 miles is not good. If it is consuming more oil than that start saving for another engine.

Can confirm. When I pulled my engine following oil starvation on track only one precat was there.
