Need help trouble shooting headlight issue. The passenger headlight is out but work on high beam. Both DRLs work. I checked the fuse box fron and back found no small fuse blown. Stuck with the question which relay to replace. Need help soon befor CHP or PD stop me for a ticket.

You could even just replace the passenger side bulb to start with. (Though, one should replace both at time anyway, considering that the other is likely to go out soon too.) Our headlamp bulbs have two filaments IIRC, such that the high beam filament can still work even if the low beam filament burns out.
