Yeah I think I was the buyer. One you said the top had been replaced second you said the performance exhaust was on the car too. Both were lies. You were wrong for that!!
You are one slimy shitty person. I found where you broke off 2out of the 3 bolts on the soft top latch on the driver's side and instead of extracting the broken screws you glued the screw heads onto the latch. That is really fucked up! After finding your shitty half-assed work. I have to now try and fix it. You fucked it up royally. You are a lying piece of shit and if I get kicked off this site for calling your sorry ass out. I don't give a fuck. You crook! I will be sure to share your handy work on this site so others can see what a piece of shit you are.

CC, that's a shame! I bought my Spyder 4-30-15 and noticed an oil leak, late 2020, early 2021. The clutch was slipping(my "fault"), so I took the car to a local Lotus shop to put on a Moroso oil pan, replace the clutch and find an electrical drain. They discovered the reason for the leak...someone in the previous ownership(I'm the "known 4th") tried to pry off the OEM pan, breaking the flange on the "bearing cap sub-assembly"..."they" used epoxy to "seal/fix" it, instead of welding...it's now welded.
I feel your pain, but suck it up and fix it, trust me, you'll be glad you did.

I am. One of my biggest pet peeves is going back behind someone's half-ass work and fixing it. I was venting here to get it off my chest and to let other members know that some members of the forums are lying shitty people and hope they don't end up dealing with the one I seat with. I have seen my share of Shotty repair work as I was a boat mechanic Honda and Yamaha certified. The attempted repair I'm bitching about is dangerous and could have caused harm to myself. Just say the latch repair he did failed while I'm driving at 80 mph. Man picture half the top getting ripped open at that speed. Who knows what the outcome would be, but I'm sure it would not be something I want to try out. I also just wanted others to know what a piece of shit this dude is. Anyways. It's all good. As far as repairing it. I hope I can but you haven't seen where he has used a grinder and looks like snapped a but off in them too. Might be totally screwed from what I'm looking at. You know this is part of the frame and can't just be replaced without destroying the top or buying another frame. I mean you can rigg it but I am trying to keep my baby close to flawless.
