(3/4 time grad school + full time job + motorcycle accident/broken leg....let's just say I was distracted)

Engine:
03 Pontiac Vibe GT
19K Miles
from p1ccoloz

Overheated resulting in block damage 7/10, replaced with new short block

Transmission:
05 Matrix XRS
Unk mileage
6-speed

Clutch:
CC street series 2100 clutch (poor clamping, worn away after 20k miles)
ACT HDSS clutch (much better)

Flywheel:
Fidanza Aluminum

Header & Exhaust:
passed California engine change ref inspection (June 2008) with:
reflanged stock header with precats
stock catalytic converter
stock exhaust.

Presently installed:
Reflanged PPE header (originally for 1zz)
PPE highflow cat
TM single

Intake:
passed California engine change ref inspection (June 2008) with: Original MR2 intake w/ shaved vanes to try and duplicate stock Celica GTS part.
Stock vibe manifold

Presently installed:
MWR 2.75" intake for 2zz swap. This doesn't fit very well with the matrix engine with the standard silicone coupler, needs a 45° part.

Engine Management:
stock 2001 Celica GT-S.

Other:
Passed California Ref inspection for the engine change 6/08 and got the pretty sticker on my door jamb legalizing everything with stock MR2 intake and full exhaust tract (precats to exhaust tip) massaged to fit the 2zz engine. Will try to pass future smog inspections with the "presently installed" stuff, but we'll see.

Swap done: LOL:
LR, 2005, was perfect! - then car totalled by a careless driver in a Mustang, moved engine to red Spyder, engine overheated due to an alternator replacement mistake made by a shop, replaced engine, another engine overheated due to prior engine abuse, final swap done by DS with new Toyota block, Lotus head
...

Engine: first 2 engines purchased searching online on car-parts, 3rd engine (the charm) - brand new Toyota block, + a head from an Elise

Transmission: 6-speed, from a Matrix, modified by LR

Clutch: Toyota (for 2zz / 6spd)

Flywheel: Fidanza

Header & Exhaust: stock (!) - considering adding lift-circuit engaged bypass valve soon

Intake: aftermarket Celica hi-flow air filter cold air intake setup fitted by LR

Engine Management, Sensors, Guages, and other Electronics:
PFC, Wideband O2, Car PC running Copilot, Navpod w/ 7" TFT display

Other: UD SUB, amp, iNAV software, DVD player (for passenger, traffic jams and other long boring waits), Verizon PC card for internet anywhere, Koni adjustable strut-insert shocks, Tein S-tech variable rate lowering springs

Future hopes and dreams: lift-circuit induced exhaust bypass valve, Supercharger, and maybe even a head gasket that doesn't leak coolant
