Swap done:
Started right before Christmas of '07. Finished on 4-5-08. I wouldn't expect it to take that long again. Just remember to order all your parts prior to starting. That was my main problem I was waiting on parts the ENTIRE time.
By Thanks SC.</span>[/b] I couldn't have done it without you.

Engine: Sourced from Monkey Wrench Racing, unknown mileage. new seals and gaskets without opening engine, copper spark plugs, Morosso Oil Pan

Transmission: 6-speed with LR Reverse blockout and selector shaft

Clutch: Fidanza 2.1

I have no idea why, but i've put about 600 miles on it now with the test pipe (need to weld an upstream o2 sensor socket on the catted downpipe) and have yet to get a CEL for lack of a cat. It sounds mean, and pulls hard.

Cost of Swap?

How much was the total swap? Are you satisfied and do you feel it was worth it?

I like these little cars but want a little more push. I do not want the attendion of driving a Lotus to the post office but want similar performance.

I am looking for an engine and trans.
