I planned to swap them into my spyder but I can’t because I am moving abroad soon.
The seller ask me 20% re-stocking fee which is too big loss for me so I try to sell.
If I fail to sell, I will get refund with payment of restocking fee.

U maybe correct on seller’s view point.
However,
considering from a different standpoint, it is also true that it is $329 cheaper for buyer.

Thats true but they basically lose the warranty for that small fraction of money [potentially] saved. You really need someone both local & with all other components available to swap & test the engine/trans immediately...which is always a tough ask. It would definitely be great if the stars aligned for you but don't miss out on your return window if they don't!
