Hi Gang,
I noticed that my battery died after a couple of days. zip, zero nothing. if I jump start it, it will crack over. Alternator is good.
So i got a brand new battery, unplugged negative terminate wiring and clicked on a test light. When i did that, i got a blink light. so i start to pull the fuse out one by one...when i took out the ECU fuse, the light went off. Ok now that I isolated to the ECU fuse, now what?! this is where I am stuck. any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sinjin

Start chasing the wires in your car, probably have something smashed in the wreck that cutting into a wire and grounding it out. I'd start with the drivers door switch.

All you did was prove the ECU draws power.. Yes, it has too.. the Alternator also draws a little power also..

next move put the fuse back and know that your battery was on the way out.

YUP...

Measue the current draw keys out. Measure your Alt with a load. I suspect the Alt might not be doing a good enough job, need to verify though.
