ok so its been awhile since ive been on here let alone had the spider out of the garage due to being out of country but now that im back and took the spyder out for a spin parked it in the driveway and noticed oil on the ground ... long story short oil is coming from the cam cover and cant get it to stop any suggestions?

different car, but same problem.
My mates Daewoo was leaking a small amount of oil from between the top of the engine block and bottom of the engine head, he had a gasket issue (head gasket?) got the gasket replaced and no more problems

Try the obvious - replace the valve cover gasket set, torque the bolts to the proper amount.
Under $20 shipped free at the link provided, I've seen 'em for $12 or so. OEM costs like $20 or so at the dealer.
