We finally have the pricing locked down for our Premium Show Quality Water to Air intercooled turbo system. The GT25R variant of this system has been designed for maximum performance on a stock internals 1ZZ-FE. For a built 1ZZ or a 2ZZ (stock or built) we recommend the GT2871R option. We will be building out one of these kits in order to provide before and after dynos with the GT-25R option.

We are also going to do something I haven't seen before when showing turbo system pricing, is give a complete price breakdown of all the components and optional extras. There is nothing to hide here and all the costs are shown.

We will also be unable to offer single piece parts of the kit, it must be purchased as a whole. We will not be offering single parts to be Ceramic coated, all 6 parts must be coated, or un-coated. We HIGHLY reccomend the coatings for increased performance, and reliability. There are several color options available, including Titanium (shown), Black (shown on muffler), Gold, and a polished silver.

Very nice fab work. Question do you include upgraded hardware? One thing I noticed that was always lacking was the hardware available for the exhaust manifold. The OEM studs are very thin and short. Some flanges are very thick and the stock studs just don't work well in that respect. Same issue in regards to the turbo and exhaust manifold itself. Lastly is there a turbo stay or anything like that???

Regardless nice kit and well priced for the work that's needed to make something of this finish and quality.

You'll end up buying more and spending more time making the kit reliable, efficient and to withstand abuse. This is about as complete as it gets and the price does not shock me. I'm just not a fan of the manifold (while it's sturdy) but the heat shield is spectacular and as much bling this kit has a nicer blow off valve would suit it.

We used the Bosch recirc valve because from a functionality and reliability standpoint, they are quite excellent. They also fit in with our mission of a kit that you don't mind taking for a 3 day long highway cruise because the dB level is bearable. I agree that they leave a bit to be desired from the asthetics standpoint. As these are build to order kits, we could of course accomodate you on what style or brand of recirculation valve you would prefer. We could do it as a blow off as well, but I advise against it as this is designed for use with a draw through MAF and that causes rich spikes. You do still hear the recirc, and it is quite satisfying, just not so loud and in your face as a blow off.

We can certainly ship it with 100% high tensile strength SS ARP studs if you like. We did use them exclusively on the vehicle pictured. It was a slight cost increase, but nothing earth shattering.

I have read some of his stuff, but not everything by any means. I think probably Starship troopers, stranger in a strange land, man who sold the moon and maybe a few others. Its been years though - I don't have much time for pleasure reading nowadays. I did just pick up starship troopers and Armor by John Steakly on audio book a few months ago and listened to them on my commute - great stuff. I get almost all my literature that way - kills the hour long drive each way in great fashion.

And I am of course familiar with the phrase TANSTAAFL, just didn't strike a chord in acronym format.

Thanks for the quick reply to the question. The fact that you guys noticed this little detail just shows the level of experience and detail taken in the design aspects. If I was to stay with the zz engine family I'd get one of your kits.
