I bought a 2003 project mr2 that had a blown engine, and was informed there were very few mr2 2003 short blocks left. Purchased one and had difficulties with my smt. Decided to bail on the project. I didnt want to cheap out with a used motor or risk the rebuild since i read they are not consistently rebuildable. Factory short block for sale for what i paid. 2000$ still on the pallet. Still available. MWR price went up to 2550$ plus probably 250$ shipping and are getting scarcer. This new mr2 block 2000$. Stored in climate control. Also have the complete factory head gasket kit that retails for 260$ (includes stem seals). Will include that for 230$ more.

I've been waiting for an answer of where I can send a check. Seems more of an issue to even obtain this from you. I just spent 3k on a front clip. I'm still interested but maybe if you have this still in a few months, now for me sometime in June. You had a buyer me 3 months ago. What happen?? Didnt want to send me your address to send a check or bank check, don't want to do paypal. I had the money for it, left me hanging. I even thought at one point it is easier to just deal with mwr and pay what they ask since its just click and paid, delivered. When your serious let me know.
