Front bumper and fender divorcing

My rear bumper had the same prob, but the clip was intact. The bumper plastic was torn. I repaired it with a plastic welding kit from harbor freight. The tiniest span of plastic engages with the clip mount. I used the stainless steel screen for reinforcement. It was easy for me. You tube vids spanned from hangover jobs to $$$$ finesse work with expensive tools and bodywork. The PO used Hysol to hold it on.
