I've been trying to find a basic splitter for the front like shown below. Anybody know if someone sells something like this?

I got the same one...nice piece and fitment is great! I'm not a big fan of splitters with the pins on the sides. The LP part is pre- drilled and you use the existing hardware to mount it.
