Go-to Spyder parts specialists are:
  • MWR
  • Midship Garage
  • Toyota parts dealers
  • Spyder owners who custom make parts and Spyder owners selling parts
Is there anything I'm missing?

I updated StickyList of Parts suppliers for the Spyder earlier (checked for still active vendors). Most of the sources are general parts suppliers, or offer only a few Spyder-specific parts. I think I'm forgetting a major vendor or two.

Sector 111 for engine bits sometimes
Individuals who make cool stuff on here

I have a list on my PC I'll dump on here later but I have found a few out on the net that are actively developing parts. Will edit my post with some links in a bit when I get to my PC.

EDIT:

Those are a few odd ones.

The answer really depends on what exactly you're looking for. If your looking for bracing your list won't get your great results. If you want body kits, etc you may be better off elsewhere. A hardtop, only one real option IMO.... so on, & so on.

What kind of parts are you considering buying? You can maintain an MR2 for the most part between Rockauto & a Toyota parts department without breaking the bank.

Well said. I'm asking half or myself in case I'm missing a great vendor. Also asking for "the group" ... sometimes the dumb question get missed (shrugs).

I've owned a few cars with a few hard-to-find parts. I'm starting to realize that even with limited popularity and product numbers, it's not too hard to find what you need for the Spyder. Minus, maybe, a few out-of-production performance parts.
