I am up in DFW. There are a few guys in Austin as well, but Houston has quite a few Spyders. I believe the cars sold well in Texas as well as Florida. Its quasi-practical to own these cars in those locations.

 

I've also noticed Houston has a disproportionate number of SMT's. I guess traffic will do that.

 

Im another one in Katy. Stationed in Northern Va atm though.. I wish i was still in Texas..

im back!! been out of the country for the last couple of years but ive finally got my babey back!

we used to have 4 or 5 spyders that would meet at autocross but i dont see any of the old timers on the thread

I dont know if i will be showing up to GGP this weekend, some @$$hole sideswiped my car in the parking lot, didnt leave a note, and i only carry liability.

Neways, silver spyder with sportivo, short throw, front strut brace, chassis brace, and a wild pony tailed driver who prolly needs to pay attention to the newbie lecture before the event begins.

 

I'm new to the boards and from Sugar Land. I'm willing to cruise with some others if you guys want to get a meet set up

 

Well I think a few people have been to our house :wink: LR and LH live in Katy. That would be the west side of town

I have seen a lot of spyders out and about on I-10. I always wave, but I must look like a total loser driving a minivan :roll:

 

It's like when I wave at Spyders when I'm driving the Corolla, I must look like a strange fellow.

If there is a Houston meet I'd come.
