Just get all the Spyders to high ground. Looks likes the winds have died down to where this is not much more than a really big and nasty thunderstorm. But the real danger will be in storm surge and the amount of rain this thing is going to drop on the east coast which will result in a lot of flooding.
Biggest pain to me is there's so many power lines knocked down by limbs/trees for such a large area it sometimes takes a couple weeks for power to be restored.
That's why I have a couple generators and a small window AC. Makes it tolerable as long as I can purchase gas. Ike was so bad it was hard to find a station that had both gas and power to run their pumps.
Took about a week and a half for life to return to normal down here.
