No there isn't. It's controlled by the ECU. I can think that you maybe can put some washers or something where the wire connects to the throttle body but otherwise no. The wire at the throttle body don't even directly operates the butterfly in the throttle body. It sends signals to the ECU that controls a motor on the outer side of the throttle body that controls the butterfly.
Is the idle to low? I have around 700-750 on my SMT.
