No there isn't. It's controlled by the ECU. I can think that you maybe can put some washers or something where the wire connects to the throttle body but otherwise no. The wire at the throttle body don't even directly operates the butterfly in the throttle body. It sends signals to the ECU that controls a motor on the outer side of the throttle body that controls the butterfly.

Is the idle to low? I have around 700-750 on my SMT.

my 2cents:

I worry if you raised the idle trough trickery the SMT ECU might start riding the clutch when it shouldn't...

If it runs too rough you can always do an overnight battery pull then drive it for 2 days to relearn. The first day will be very rough then it will learn.
