is my spyder rare?

i have a 2002 mr2 spyder. it has a brown top and brown leather interior with black exterior. i have never seen another mr2 with the same color combo, mostly the the leather. also, i have 73,000 mi on it and i just learned about pre cats. plz give me some links to nice cheep headers because all the links i tried are broken

To tell you the truth gutting your existing precats is the best option, lots of posts on how to do this. The only reason not to do this is if you want to save the originals with precats intact or want to reduce your car's weight which I doubt you want to do. The stock exhaust manifolds are bulletproof and will be problem free.

In Canada, it is very rare! All Syders are rare in Canada. Never Canadian DOT certified. They have just been allowed to be imported about 2 years ago.

i was just in Joplin Wednesday a week ago picking up some S2K seats for my rare Spyder.

Yes, there are several of us not too far from you. I am south of you, down by Fayetteville.

All MR2 Spyders are rare.

Black is the fastest color, however the brown top will slow it down a little. :lol:

What he said. There are yearly sales figures in the library. The comment I make to people us that Toyota sells more Camrys in a month in the US than the total number of Spyders ever made/sold in the US.

I agree. We may have to give his Spyder a transplant. Anyone have any black seats and top laying around?
