OK, the moron mechanic didn't do the job correctly . I wanted him to remove the muffler and main cat then turn it upside down to get all the pre-cat debris from inside but he left it in-place and just shot water up there . i took it for a brief test spin and something got in my lungs and I had a violent coughing spell so that's the GD pre-cat material that he dislodged that's coming back out the exhaust.

So... i have to remove the main cat and make sure that there's nothing still stuck in there. Is there a trick or is it a straight forward job? while i'm at it I'll remove the headers too and paint them to stop rust.
