Have been lurking for awhile, but just joined up the other day. I have black/black 2003. I pretty much inherited it when I got married  . My wife bought it brand new in 2003. Theres 75k on it and has never seen a winter. Needs to get a small dent out on the passenger side from someone hitting it with thier door, but other than that it's in pretty great shape.

I just bought her a 2011 Nissan Juke so now I get to have some fun with the car. Looking to start modding asap.

Heres a not so great pic.....

Welcome! Looks like you kept it in immaculate shape. Beautiful shine to her. What are your plans?

I would like to boost it, however I feel like there are other places I should start first. I'm somewhat indecisive. I find that parts are not so easy to come by for this car. Also I know it may not be the most popular choice but I was thinking about a body kit... something not too over the top. I like the TRD ones, but can you even find them anymore.
Originals are pretty hard to come by, unless you want to spend the big bucks and import one.

You can check these out for something close, though:

For boosting, there is an active thread here from turbokits.com: http://spyderchat.com/forums/showth...NEW-Black-Label-Fab-Turbo-Kit&highlight=turbo

Definitely look into some bracing as well!
Best color and year for a spyder, enjoy!!!
Welcome. Yes! Another black on black. Excellent choice (in women or cars?)

Perfect! The Techno R full kit is subtle and not costs are no bad. Just wonder how it would look given that I have the fogs and the photos are without. I may pick it up

I have been following it closely, lucky for me I live about 30min from their shop.

IMO, your wife is getting screwed, er...in regards to the Juke for the Spyder. For the shear fun of it, the Spyder wins hands down.
shes going to enjoy it as well... we will both drive it but now that we have a daily it will allow me to mod it... I'm sure we will have our "no i'm driving it today" battles
Welcome!!!! Enjoy the car! I know, I did.

Authentic TRD Stage 1 bodykits are pretty hard to come by nowadays. My suggestion is to get a knock-off and keep your eyes out for authentic ones on the "Private Thread" forum. That's what I did and scored an authentic front lip! After selling off the old lip and the bumper, I ended up only paying $150 for a real TRD lip. But it's gonna come piece by piece, I never found the real side skirts and rear lip.
Welcome! I agree with others on the thread, you have the best color and the best model year around. It appears that your wife has taken excellent care of her so don't get crazy with the mods and mess her up.
<_< what is up with all the best color nonsense and hublah floating around on here! pshh I respect the ridiculously clean black spyder, but it's not the best color, or the fastest. B) we all know red is everyones favorite, even all the members on this thread who said otherwise!
