Use a 6 Point Socket, and TWIST that SOB out.

Might have to chase the threads on the hole for the New O2..

I fought with one on a Toyota Solara. Sensor sockets wouldn't turn it, box-end wrench wouldn't turn it, finally cut it in half with a zizz wheel and put a full socket on it. No dice. Tried heating it with oxacetylene. No luck. Finally took it to a shop who was able to twist it out from below with a 5 foot breaker bar. It took the threads out when it finally twisted loose. They had to buy a tap to chase the threads. I hope yours isn't as difficult!
