I say 45min drive to a country diner breakfast, 1 1/2 hr drive to some indoor/ outdoor go karts, maybe Lunch, and go home. Go ahead and make a day out of it.
Breakfast about 10$-25$ one or two people
Gokarts: I have had an excellent experince at both facilities and so have others.
indoor high speed electric: Orlando Grand Prix has a medium grip and small drift layout both seperate from each other.

Outdoor: Orlando Kart Center is out door center with gas powerd high speed karts for rental, If its raining they bring out the rain tire karts and can race in the rain. Bring a change of clothes if that happens.

Ill let you guys decide on the which place to go, prices are about the same for a single person with 3 runs.
Depending on attendence I can try and get a group discount going, Id say we try this with about a months planning out? Saturday would be best since all three locations will be open including the breakfast diner.
