Recently, P0300 showed up, which changed to P0303 (pending). Also I have P0141 (oxygen sensor after CC) which I hope oxygen sensor replacement will solve.

I know spark plug and ignition coil are not the problem. I am now looking into fuel injector as a part of troubleshooting process. I do have OBD2 sensor that I can read long term fuel % trim live.

It reads

LTFT 1 (Idle) 3%
LTFT 1 (load) 20%
LTFT 2 (Idle) -4%
LTFT 2 (load) 5%

I researched that if the difference is more than 5%, something is wrong with it. It looks like both bank has issues with bank 1 being worse than the other.

But my question is, why am I getting Cylinder 3 misfire when bank 1 (cylinder 1 and 4 - LTFT1) is showing higher discrepancy?

Bank 1 is Cyl 1 and 4.. Bank 2 is Cyl 2 and 3

Your ECU is Thinking the problem is on Cyl 3 but it's not sure..

Your Fuel Trims say Bank One has the problem..

Swap in a Set of Cleaned Injectors, or Have Witch Hunter Clean your Set and see.. You will get a before and after flow check..
