When you remove your current nose bage, it will expose two small holes. You will also see two pins on the back of this badge. The replacement will have two identical pins, that fit into the holes in the bumper cover. These help with alignment. There is adhesive on the back of the new badge. Make sure it is properly aligned before applying pressure. International is all the same. Thx.

BTW, you can remove your old badge using dental floss or monofiliment (fishing) line and sawing back and forth under your current badge.

All you have to do is snap or cut off the two rear pins. The adhesive on the back is more than adequate to secure it.

Thanks for the offer, but unfortunately, I have been unable to have any luck whatsoever with a brushed on finish. It will somewhat work, but not perfect enough for me to market. My very first one was done with red touchup paint: wasn't perfect, but it was mine. I also offer the disassembled badge, that you could try. Silver is a very difficult color/paint to work with(very streaky). I can even leave the adhesive on the bezel so you won't have to use any additional adhesive to reattach the pieces. If you would decide to try, allow plenty of time(days) for the silver to dry properly.
