Here's my badge with Vinyl Sticker,

The black portion was sticky side up so it could adhere to the plastic while industrial strength glue held inside and then sealed with clear epoxy resin to make a nice seal. The sticker is three layers and cost only 10$. I can get more if desired as the design is saved on my HD at home.
