I just picked my MR2 up from Garth at undercover performance in New Jersey http://www.undercoverperformance.com/pages/about-us . I had him retune the car, install a can display, an iboost controller, and a wideband. He also fixed a random vibration and welded a scoop on my IC.

I have been to 3 different performance shops/tuners in the MD/NJ area and Garth is by far the best I have dealt with. He gave me a fair and honest quote up front, stayed true to his timeline, kept me informed through calls/texts/facebook twice at least twice a week, and did great work. My MR2 runs more smoothly now through all ranges than it did when it was stock; I am sitting at 348 whp/298 ftlbs torque on a land and sea dynomite. If anyone in the MD/NJ area is looking for a good tuner, I highly recommend him.

How much did the ProEFI cost you? and where did you purchase it from online?
I only purchased the PROEFI 48 ECU, which was somewhere in the $700 range; the PROEFI 128 is about $1k more expensive. I also purchased the Iboost controller (~$200), 150 psi fuel sensor kit (~$100), wideband (~$150), MAP sensor kit (~$100), and the color can display (~$700). It really depends upon what you want.

I bought most of it from http://www.undercoverperformance.com/ however sound performance has many of the same items at similar prices http://www.spracingonline.com/store/category.php?category=15&vehicleid

tiny screen doesnt look to easy to read but nice
When switched to monitor 4 channels, each of the 4 gauges is about 1.3" in diameter. When set to monitor fewer channels, the size increases considerably. I dont have trouble reading it; however I do have pretty good visionB)

With the PROEFI 48, I had to use my factory ECU to run my gauges and AC. I don't think that holds true for the 128, but I am not entirely sure.

It does get expensive pretty quickly. The PFC is still the best bang for your buck for those wanting to go MAF, but if you are going MAP, be prepared to spend a little more $. I have been through a PFC and a Hydra and prefer this setup to both of them.
