Is it the molding tape? That's the one I got.

A small amount of 3M tape just under the area of the letters should do the trick. You can also use a dab of emblem adhesive as well.

If you are referring to the small plastic garnish yes. From what I remember there is a slot where you can use a thin flat head screwdriver to pry it out .
If you are referring to the thing you grab on to then there are two screws that you undo and it comes off.

I used a single wide piece, and am very happy with the result. I have also got the fuse box covers.
