I had some seat covers made to replace the "TRD" fabric on my Celica seats. After watching a few videos on people installing these, I knew I was out of my league so I dropped it off at a local shop. The owner said it took him a full day to do both, having to test fit, add foam, and repeat. Overall, I think someone with good experience could install Ridies covers, but I'm glad I took it to a pro.
The material is pretty good, but it doesn't feel as nice as the Brisa from my armrests. I chose to go with suede in the center to make them a bit nicer in the Texas summers, and I thought it would look nice.

Thanks! I do wish the suede was darker, I'm hoping I can keep it clean using some suede protectant. If it gets really bad I'll probably try to dye it.I like the 2 tone look a lot. The only problem with suede is now the sweat marks will show![]()
From what I can tell, yes, but it's average quality. There's a faint smell of leather, but not as strong as a baseball glove or a hide. I went with their full grain, but the samples they sent felt softer than what I received. Those samples also came from the US, so it could be completely different material from what they are using in the Pakistan factory. Is the ridies material all leather? The high end synthetic materials like Brisa have some nice properties. It will be interesting to see how the two materials compare in your crazy heat.
