It certainly looks like one from a Spyder, but I've never seen a used one look so clean and shiny.

Hey thanks. Yea I found this from someone who's selling it I'm pickiing it up today for my 2001 mr2 so just wanted to make sure it's the right one. Another question is there a mid pipe for mr2? I already have the exhaust manifold and muffler and this downpipe I'm picking it up today. Does this downpipe connects straight with muffler or is there another part in between?

I can't see the pic (damn work filter) but there's a flex pipe between the downpipe and main cat.

Well the guy said he has a downpipe with catalytic converter it's that same as flex pipe?

The flex pipes are on the piece you show above, right below the double-pipe flange. The header (with the two precats) will connect from that flange to the engine, and the single pipe flange in the picture above will connect to the muffler and complete the exhaust system.
