I've given up on making the 6sp work on my car. I have the shifter tilted to the right and gears, specially third, is very difficult to engage. fist is like where third should be and I get constant grinding towards third. thinking of going back to stock and changing the third and fouth gear of the stock tranny with 6sp gears.

I have a stock tranny but without a final drive ring. does anyone know how many teeth does a stock spyder tranny have? my mwereechanic has a couple but I don't know if they are from a corolla or spyder and I don't want to make that mistake
