Well, I did it...yesterday did a poker run on the motorcycle, was on a country road, 90 degree turn, crappy road...

Too much lean, I think, and I hit the road paint...she slipped out from underneath me.

Cracked or bruised rib...leather saved me from being scratched up....but ouch.

Maybe it's time to do my sharp curves in the spyder...sliding on pavement is NOT fun...;)

Sorry to hear of your fall. At least it was a low side so the damage probably isn't too bad and your injuries were likely minor.

I remember reading somewhere:

If you love your motorcycle, set it free. If it comes back, you've probably highsided

Sorry to hear that. My days on a motorcycle where very short. IMHO you always lose when on a motorcycle and the thrill is just to hard to leave alone. Unfortunately it is not a matter of if but when.
I hope you heal and feel better quickly.

I've been riding for 40 years. Been down a few times, never serious unless you count the beating that I got from my wife for destroying a coat that she had bought me just a week before.

Glad you're OK. Get back in the saddle and learn from your mistake.
