I've a home fabricated undercover at this time. I used T.P.O. sheeting. Does help with air flow for cooling. I'm thinking of fabricating one of aluminum. Or just bite the $400 bullet and buy one if those custom ones. 4 weeks plus wait on those I think.

Honestly the aluminum ones (beatrush) are only a little more expensive than OEM...it hurts to know how much Toyota charges for that piece of plastic

Agreed. I believe the brushguard cover replaces both. Which when considered does bring the price close.
I have Engine Covers No.1 & No.2 (Note that No.2 is no longer available from Toyota either.)
Original to my 2001, both are in decent shape and fully functional. I can get them out of storage and clean them up for some pictures. The one thing I don't have is the mounting clips and bolts (Below).

I'm just spit balln' here, but if the covers meet your quality expectations, does $75 for each and $25 for shipping ($175 total) sound reasonable?

Thanks, it's worth considering. I am leaning toward an aluminum cover which is not that much more. I have an inquiry into brushgaurd now. Expect to know by the first week of January. Don't go digging for them on my account just yet. Thanks again.

I took mine off both Spyders that I own when I bought them.
These are the below engine splash guards.
Put over 400K combined on the engines without any issues.
Do I need to put them back on the car[emoji2369]
