Visually I thought I'd prefer the murdered-out look of the Advanti's. But the Sparcos have grown on me. I wouldn't have picked the color, but it works.

Yikes! Are those the bronze painted Trofeos, or have they been painted yellow? I mean just because trofeo is Italian for trophy doesn’t mean they have to be as shiny as an Oscar statue. 😂

They certainly don’t look that bright in the picture at Tire Rack. Heck, here’s a pic from Sparco’s website (OZ Racing).

Sparco says they’re “gloss bronze”, but even their brightest picture doesn’t look as yellow as yours.

Regardless, aside from being too bright for me, I like the Trofeo better, and I’m not just saying that because I almost bought a set. They also remind me of a spider web, which I embraced the idea of for a Spyder.
