there is a wire that runs from the drivers side over the the passenger side under the bumper cover , on the passenger side its not hocked to any thing ? can some one tell me where it goes to ,Thanks !

You're probably talking about the licence plate light wire , but it doesn't run all the way to the passenger side .

I've stripped all body panels in the past and I do not ever recall such a wire. I do not see it in parts listings or BGB

Is the driver's side end of the wire connected to anything?
If so, can you tell what it's connected to?

turns out it is what's left of a security system , there was some kind a thing wired in to the right rear tail light to , Thanks !
