I have a K&N F030A6 (3" hole, 4 3/4" top 5" base 4" tall) with 5,000 miles use. Perfect shape- includes clamp, needs cleaning, but I will include new in box K&N cleaner and oil. (I installed a larger oil-less filter)
Will ship both to you for $30.
