WTB new headlights...where?!?

Alright, I must just be stupid. All I can seem to find on the intrawebz are listings for headlight BULBS. My headlight casings are horribly oxidized/glazed over, and even a buffing out with a 3M kit didn't last long. I think I want to just replace them. Am I going to HAVE to go through the dealership to get new ones, or does anyone know of a reputable aftermarket (read that as: cheaper) place?

You are pre 03, cheaper if you stay that way. Try searching spyderchat.

one might be http://www.parts.com/oemcatalog/inde...layCatalogid=0
Thanks for the tip on TOT, Old Man. Looks like I can get what I need there. My search-fu is weak, and often needs assistance. ^_^

New ones may be $150 after tax, but if you do what I did and put some clear XPel covers on them, they'll stay in better condition for longer. I'm even hoping that the covers will serve as sort of a "sacrificial anode" and soak up the UV that causes the headlights themselves to yellow, though it's just a theory I have. Either way, I can vouch for their usefulness: I hit a guardrail at about 8-10 mph a long time ago, and despite the $4K in damages and the broken attachment brackets on the headlight housing itself, the lens survived intact and was still usable until I was able to get a new unit put on.
