Yeah, not a Spyder. I'm aware of this.

Out of space, time, money and enthusiasm, so my 1991 Turbo is up for sale.

The car is 99+% complete, it needs a timing belt tensioner and some minor rewiring to be back on the road and ready for tuning.
Here's what it's got:
  • 1991 Turbo body with 87K original miles (Crimson Red)
  • $6500 ChrisK-built engine with less than an hour run-time on it -- overbored 5S block, 9:1 CP pistons, 3S crank/rods/head. Head ported and has 1mm OS Ferrea valves, 85lb springs and shimless bucket conversion. HKS cam gears, but stock cams (was built for 264/272 cams).
  • Speed Source GT28RS turbo kit -- again less than 1 hour run time
  • EMS powered intercooler
  • TFFR with high-impedance 440s (to get started) and low-impedance 880s
  • ATS throttle body inlet
  • Fidanza flywheel, lightened ACT stage III clutch (both NEW, maybe 20 engagements total).
  • Speed Source shift base bushings; ball-bearing bushings at trans. B&M clone short shifter
  • many powder-coated parts for show
  • all new ignition bits
  • Crane coil (stock coil & igniter will be included)
  • A/C compressor is out of the car in a box (included)
  • Wheels -- 17" rear/16" front Technomagnesi wheels. Original wheels available also.
  • Koni yellow shocks with H&R springs at all 4 corners (under 10K miles).
  • Solid camber-adjusting front mounts. Solid fixed rear mounts.
  • Poly bushings with under 2K miles
  • Rear crossmember and suspension arms are 1993
  • front suspension has JIC Magic adjustable tension rods and 93 brackets.
  • Transmission is from a Gen III with LSD. Axles are NEW both sides.
  • Brakes/hubs are from a gen III
  • Wet Okole seat covers
  • Interior is in very, very good shape, all original except the seat covers
  • High-end component speakers in the doors
  • Body -- the paint is very good, there are a couple of small dents in the roof and hood (I have a spare hood). There is a dent in the RHS rocker panel as well. No rust.
  • Boost and oil pressure gauges
  • Many other things I'm forgetting to mention

Price is $7500 firm. Yes that is a lot for a non-running vehicle... but it's also much less than I'll get by parting it out.

I'll post pics when I get over being disgusted by the whole sale thing.....
