That’s incredible! There have been numerous wild crashes over the years, like this one where the owner miraculously survived. Toyota possesses vast resources and top-notch engineers who make this possible. However, it’s not the same for many small companies that manufacture exclusive sports cars that everyone seems to believe are of higher quality.

I wonder why the airbag did not blast out in the crash, steering wheel airbag looks unopened.
But yeah, the siderails of the mr2 are pretty stiff (including the door). Glad all are good, in the end it is just a piece of metal 😇

Sitting higher on a motorcycle rather than down in our Spyders allows others to see us more easily on them. Also, in traffic, motorcycles have more room to maneuver and more escape routes when trouble starts. Sadly, the Spyder often only becomes safer than a bike after contact is made. The good news is Spyders generally don't fall over on you.

Wow thats crazy I cant believe that guy survived that was truly a miracle. I have no airbag and no ABS. People here are terrible drivers, the roads are a mess, and theres horses on the road all the time. I also got ran over while WALKING thank God Im fine but I did break my arm and fractured my back. People here dont give a F and are always texting and not looking at the road.

While driving the Spyder Im sure everyone here knows but if you get close to the rear of another car or truck they cant see you. I always stay 2 cars behind or quickly pass them. Also when you come to a stop make sure you dont stop perfectly behind them but to the side so they can see you on the side mirrors.
