Paypal sent for unfinished badge! I actually tried to strip one on my own, but I messed it up like you wouldn't believe. I'll let you know how the Silver works out...maybe I'll try to find an airbrush...
Oh yea, I can believe it. Paypal received. See my PM.[/b]
Will mail Mon., 10/30, 1st class mail. Badge has adhesive left on. Happy Halloween. Thx.

Is this still open? Also, has anyone bought a 1d0 silver and installed it? How does it look like? I'm afraid that you wouldn't see the logo because of the similar colors
This is indeed still open. I have sold a number of the 1d0 silver and have not seen any negative comments. There is a pic posted on page one. The silver is not lost because of the chrome border on the bezel. I actually have one already made and ready to go out. I normally only make this color to order, but it takes so long to do this color, I made an extra one up.

If I follow your question correctly. the emblem will replace the front toyota emblem on your bumper cover. The emblem has two pins exactly like the toyota emblem and will match the two holes in the front bumper cover.

The two holes have enough play that you can apply ever so slightly askew if you are not careful. Just place in the holes, stand back a few feet to be sure it is straight, then apply enough pressure to get the factory adhesive to take hold.

How long does it take for these to get sent out after paypal is recieved (on average) ?

Also what do you guys think would look best on white ?

I'm kind of afraid to go with white because it seems like that might be too much white. Black probably wouldn't look so good and blue is kind of there. Does anyone have a suggestion for something special and out of the ordinary ?

Only takes a couple of days. I usually have them ready to paint. Once done; polish and reassemble. Might add that black is normally on hand and can get out quickly. I have sold a number of white, and believe it or not, they do look nice. Black, by far, is the most popular color. For something different, I did a gold for a good customer in Italy, and it came out quite nice.

For anyone interested, I will be doing one custom badge for whomever would like to consider. Occassionally(thank goodness), I have a miscue on a badge and have to remove the chrome eagle inset. I then can make it special by painting the eagle a different color than the background. Something like these. Any interest, PM me. I will have only one when I do. Color combos can be done in paints I have available.

red eagle, black background, chrome letters

white eagle, red background, lettering removed
