I'm using a UR underdrive crank pulley. Will this be an issue with belt sizing?
Well you will have to figure out your own size then. I do notbhave that pulley here. I can give you 3 belt sizes and you can start with them. I would suggest buying two extra as well per belt. Ie if ine is a 43 inches buy a 42 in and a 45 inch so you can test fit it and not have to keep running back and forth to the auto parts store. Once you have the correct one you can just return them all.

Any pics of the compressor mounted and in a car? Would like to see clearances to the body. Any hammering required?
There is a video on FB in the 'kswap the world' group and on 'Mr2 Spyder' somewhere of it mounted and working. You'll have to search it. I don't have it on my phone anymore, I don't think you'll be able to see the clearances your looking for. NO hammering needed. You will need to remove one OEM bracket that is 3 inchs long.

k swap coolant hoses.

I just completed my k swap into my 2, Iam using the original toyota coolant hoses which do their job fine but they don't look so great. A silicone hose kit would be nice with a revised layout to keep them neat and more appealing to the eye. Maybe ther is one available already, im not sure. Your thoughts.

Which K did you go with? I have a more 'broader" layout. I cannot see anything in your picture as it is to small and when I click it a larger image does not appear.
 
I went with the k24 fully built NA . You supplied me with all the trick parts a while back, made the build a piece of cake. I'll try load some bigger pics.

Here is a k24 w a z3 head. No kinks, this is two mr2 hoses (cut) and one Acura RSX hose (coming off the head) maybe this is more what your looking for
 
That's great but what I'm looking for is a better looking and neater hose layout, it just looks very messy to me.
I used HPS silicone hose kit for the mr2 on my swap looks much nicer, however id love to re-route some of the hoses at some point. Like you mentioned it is a mess and many dont have a need to go the directions they currently are in this chassis.

Exactly, I wonder what would it take to get a manufacturer to build a decent kit without having to cut and chop. Maybe bottlefed would be interested to get something going.
 
Some new updates.


Exhaust is finally getting closer. Didn't want a lot of weight and will need to clear my diffuser. Likely going to cut the bumper extensively. But, I've at least got it closer.

Mounted the oil cooler, haven't routed it yet. It's a Setrab Series 6 25 row. It fits perfectly behind the wheel. I'll be cutting my bumper and splash guard to drive air flow. The holes will be covered by a nice race mesh I picked up from Pegasus in order to protect the cooler from debris.

Also, finalized my coolant system. Working outstandingly. Perfectly solid temps at all loads. I also used the HPS kit, and my head is a K20A2.
