Did anyone have any coolant issues after doing this swap? or the engine over heating? I just did my swap and was having some issues.
No issues at all with my K20. I did take my time slowly filling the system to get all of the air out. I takes many hours to gravity fill and get all of the air to purge from the locations in the front of the car. I found that the workshop procedure works.

Is your cooling system stock? hose routing, hot bottle

Its stock cooling. I'm in Bahrain and its hot here. I just ordered two 13' Spal fans and a Mish radiator. Hopefully at the end of the week will be installed.

In other news, I have condense a lot of the information here into a one page article on our website. I am also going to document the k20 swap on one of our customers cars later this month and put it into a install guide.
Guides are really so pre-youtube. I know you're a busy man but how about an install video series? A whole other animal but would be interesting to watch.

I've tried oil cooler in the fender before. cool days it works fine, warmer days it's not enough. yours looks like it'll get less flow than I had too. my oil cooler is now in front of the radiator and my accusump is mounted where the frunk used to be.

let us know if your arrangement works.
I also kept the RSX donut-style cooler. I kept the side-scoop inner plastic guide to help with the ram air flow. Will get it on the track next month.
